Anandtech - Any Chance for a Dell XPS 16 Update?

Hey guys,

I love this site and the in depth reviews you guys write here. I've noticed that Dell rated Dell's XPS 16 laptop highly last winter. I'm interested in picking one up, but I've noticed that Dell has really changed the specs on it since you last reviewed one. They've now added both the i5 and i7 processors and Dell is no longer using the RGBLED display that your previous review raved about. Is there any chance that you guys will be doing an update review of this laptop?

We've requested it a couple times; there are supposedly heat/power throttling issues on the quad-core variant, and Dell hasn't said much back on the XPS 16. Anyway, we'll ask again.

Cool, thanks for the update. Have you guys or has anyone else done a review of the XPS 16 with the WLED screen? I'd be curious to see how that one holds up compared to both the RGBLED and the other standard laptop screens.
