Big fat congrats to Anand for five years of a job well done, and two years of swallowing up way too much of my time :)

Everything I know about computer hardware I learned right here at AT. If not for you, I never would have overclocked my Pentium 166 to 200! Man, I can remember how scared I was to do it, too. I thought for sure I was going to burn something up. :)

5 years already? Time flies when you're overclocking to the point of meltdown.:p Congrats on the 5 years Anand & gang, and thanks for everything.:D

PS Here's to another 5 years; or if we wanted to measure it in a geek way, another 2 AMD CPU series lauches(AT was created for the K6, and of course, has seen the K7, and will see the K8)

Speaking of that, anyone have some copies of it? When Pseudo went belly-up; the entire archive of AnandTech RV shows seemed to have gone up with it.

Every year around this time someone ends up posting a similar thread and every year I can't believe the responses it gets. Every year I feel like saying "Thank You" isn't enough and it seems like those are the only words that pop into my mind whenever I see threads like this.

The hours are long, the criticism is harsh and sometimes while juggling school, friends and family, it's downright impossible; but in the end, as I'm filtering through the thousands of messages telling me about the opportunity of a lifetime or more vulgar material that I shant repeat here (don't you love spam?), whenever I happen to hit a single message that tells me about how something I wrote helped even in the slightest way it's all made worth while.

I guess what I'm trying to say, after all is said and done, is the same thing that I've been saying for 5 years now - Thank You.

...and take care :)

Anand

Wrong answer there Anand! You're supposed to be saying "Your Welcome", we're the one's who are supposed to be heaping the "thank you's" on you!
