haha. I visit the home site every day and try to at least skim all the new articles. I read the more interesting ones "cover to cover". You are right that many of them can get pretty technical, certainly I don't understand all of them. I like that though, aren't too many sites out there that go into the kind of detail that Anandtech does.
Indeed. When I do want to read quality tech reporting, it's always Anandtech first.
I used to constantly browse the main page all of the time, constantly keeping up to date with the latest technology coverage, seeing what the best products were and what the upcoming tech was promising.
Lately I haven't been doing that nearly as much. But it's always the first stop if I want something in depth.
The only area I've found myself wishing they would get more in depth with, is with display reviews. They often have some damn good articles, but reviews aren't extremely common.
tomshardware used to be my go-to destination for monitor reviews. They provided so many technical charts and a lot of analysis, but for quite awhile now they haven't been doing anywhere near what they used to.
Thankfully their are some insanely well-versed individuals in the Video Cards and Graphics forum that provide a lot of information on the quality of displays.
