What is the obsession with Dell's rebranded LCDs? They put out one good panel (the S-IPS 2005FPW), and all of a sudden everyone thinks everything they do is golden. I know they've decided to keep using the Samsung S-IPS panels in a few of their other models, but the 24 and 30 series are junk.

There are a lot of other good 19 and 20" panels out there for the same or less with as good or better performance. widescreengamingforum.com has some excellent user reviews and links to the specs of the panel you're getting, and they're not all gaming oriented. I'd advise anyone in the market for an LCD to check that site out before making their decision.

We're listening... 😉

Let's start with the BenQ FP202W and Viewsonic VX2025. Both close to $300. What is the 2007 selling for? $450 still? Pheh.

Like I said, head on over to widescreengamingforum.com for reviews of other candidates.
