The mouseover works fine except you should probably preload the images, because there's a delay between when you mouseover and when the image is displayed, because it has to download. That would be eliminated if you preloaded them all.

Top right corner there is a icon that leads you to the gallery, click on that, and then select a letter of the alphabet which will bring you to the corresponding page according to the member names.

Only a small suggestion, how about changing the background for the active members there. So that the table with all the information and the picture has a different background than white, might invert it or something. There are so many members there that I´v never seen there, and I´v been here since day one (fusetalk that is).

Apparently, I got an archived version after I reformatted my hdd. Please check whther your pic is there. SeXEpid is one of the missing one.
