As part of the insider program I've learned a ton of stuff about laundry & the science behnd the products. Purex has an amazing test set up, lol, they've probably got a couple hundred thousand invested in washers and dryers, a fleet of front loaders!

I actually use and like the crystals, my clothing comes out soft, less static and I don't have to remember to throw a fabric softener sheet in the dryer
