I am using this for research purposes only, but evetually I might build this system.

Anyway if you were building a system just for some good pure overclocking what components would you get?

I want to know what the current stuff is that hardcore OC'ers gett these days (and if your a n00b, or dont do any volt modding ect, dont post please becuase i dont want to hear how you got your winnie up to 2.4ghz on air with the stock fan)

Obviously the DFI board, and a venice core 3000+

which RAM though, i like OCZ's VX, but a lot of people also like the Twinmos...what do you reccomend?

Well you are a son of a n00b.

FYI we overclockers are cheap bastages. So, yeah, sticking with the 3000+ is a good choice as opposed to spending the cash on, say, a 3500+ (for oc'ers).
