is there any good processor that the multiplier is unlocked?

All Athlon XP Mobile CPUs are unlocked, along with the uber-expensive Athlon FX chips. AFAIK they are the only CPUs on the market right now that are fully unlocked.

I believe the AMD Barton chip is a good one. Intel is out of the question unless you can get an engineering sample in regards to the multiplier.

Yup mobile XP's pretty much the only way now.
