I could find two documents: Cabbage for processing and cabbage. Total 2069 words, if you count all the formatting, numbers, and redundancy between the two documents. In total, we are talking 2-3 pages of useful unique text in those documents. Of course, there may be other documents that I didn't find.

You may also technically have to add all the regulations that apply to produce in general.
