It's not at all exhaustive but it is interesting. Winc created the 686b FAQ at Viahardware and also worked a lot with Via over the problems
But putting excuses aside (which I'm sorry I have made for a long time for VIA technologies) the proof in the pudding is that the VIA motherboards DO have issues which OTHER motherboards have proven to not show.
