An idea for a list of links

I think it'd be useful if we had a thread in which people could post their favorite websites/forums for many different subjects. This could be both related and unrelated to computers and technology. I personally find it more useful to get the opinions and preferences of other like-minded (read: computer literate) individuals than to just do random searches on Google. I know that it took me some time to stumble upon these forums, and they are far more useful for many things than previously-frequented forums. I used to ask for technical help on Computing.net in my early days of building and such, but these forums are generally far more helpful for that.

Examples: Cars (consumer reports, etc), music discussion, poker, beer, uh, gardening... you get the idea. Anything you wouldn't normally talk about on Anandtech.

What do you say?

I don't really mean for the usual links that you see here, to videos/articles and stuff, but rather to "the best of the best" for other subject matter.

Well, I'll post a few of mine, though they're fairly well known:

Pitchfork For indie (mostly) music reviews
A bit pretentious at times, but generally a good way to find out about stuff you've never heard of

Beer Advocate For beer reviews and discussion. Definitely the best site of its kind, if you're interested in something other than drinking Bud Light for your entire life

Radio Paradise My favorite internet radio station. Plays a very wide variety of music, although you won't hear a lot of heavy stuff here

AllRecipies For uh, cooking. I've found some great ideas for grilling here

I used that once -- pretty good for random entertainment, but again, I could find random sites by searching, I'm looking for the best forums/communities for different subjects. You can't find that by just searching, unless you go to every hit of the thousands you'll find.

Word of mouth > Google in some cases :/

For some reason the above point doesn't seem to be getting across...

If I can find a simple enough CMS or FAQ/KB I would be willing to host it on Neffing.com
