An email forwarding program?

I am in search of an email forwarding program. My email account is on visto.com and last week they stopped accepting email from yahoo groups. It's kind of interesting that they still accept emails from yahoo clubs though. I was a member of some groups there and now I can't get any email from them. The easiest answer is to switch to another email provider...but I want to be difficult and I hate switching email accounts. I have tried one already and it let the verification from yahoo through, but no messages. My guess is they have a filter blocking from yahoogroups.com, so I need something that will maybe spoof the from? Any ideas?

Why not just use a yahoo.com email account? You can pop3/smtp with one or you can simply forward mail to an account of your choice.

I might try that, does it delete the messages automatically or do you have to log in and do it manually?
