It is pathetic that they provide this email for somebody who want to complain about past-due. For anyone who doesn't complain, it will be a year-long wait, I guess.

yuppie.....like i said: you got what you paid for...:) I think that "shawn J. White" should spend his time to setup people's accounts...rather than spend his time in the chatroom.. trying to sell and make more money.:disgust:

I love all the people who rushed to defend these guys, like they were curing cancer or something.

I argued from the very beginning that they can't possibly provide the services they're offering for $3 a year. They get their bandwidth the same place as everyone else, and it simply costs more than that.

Their mad dash to sign up as many people as possible should raise a red flag.

It took 2 weeks to setup my account, my site up and running without any problem so far.

if they setup an email to resolve old orders that only means more than a "few" fell through the (huge) cracks they got.

stupid company.

Ordered a $3 a year plan, and the $100 lifetime reseller. A bit slow on the setup, but they're both up now and working just fine. No problems here

the site in my profile is no longer, it was my techsite. my last domain name provider screwed me over with the domain name and woudln't let me switch it to godaddy. If you want the cyberwings site go to www.divinelegend.com it's hosted there

Of course there are no problems NOW... they're still signing people up.

The interesting thing will be to see just how long a "lifetime" turns out to be.

My site has been up and running for 10 weeks with no problems at all. I increased all parameters by 5x two weeks ago and they did not upgrade it. Yesterday I send a trouble ticket to: Help Desk and 7 minutes later the upgrade was done. Things do fall through the cracks when they do a crazy special sale and you just need to prod them. Overall I am very pleased with my hosting. If it dies in a year I still received my money's worth.

Looks nice. The screenshots cause a Tripod members popup with that, though.
