ample power supply

I am putting together a system that consists of the DFI SLI-DR, 3500+ NC, and pair of eVGA 6600 GT. I already have an Antec NeoPower 480W. Will it be enough to power this system or should I get a higher wattage like the True550, oh and I am planning to cool this on water set up too with the pump directly connected to the psu.

More than enough. A TruePower 380W would probably be enough.

Also, The Neopower 480 supplies more power on the 12V rails than the True Power 550 (2x18A Vs 32A) if i remember right.

Yeah but since you're spending $800 on your video cards & probably another $200 on your watercooling minimum, you should consider picking up a beefier supply. I would suggest the 510w SLI PSU from PC Power & Cooling. I have my system running off of one and it is silly how strong it really is.

u should... um... buy a powersupply and donate ur old, crappy, horrible neopower to me! 🙂

it should be WAY more than enough

I did cosider PC P&C and also Fortron, but the only problem is that I could not find any retailer here in Hawaii who have in stock. I would have oredere them online but the shipping is the biggest factor why I went and bought the Antec at our loca retaier. I currently have the antec running my Prescott rig and it is so quiet and cool.
