What the hell is that supposed to mean? Is that just a nice way of saying fat?

Choices are:
Ample
Athletic
Average
Large
A little extra padding
Slim/Petite

Whats the difference between ample and large? 😕 Stupid dating sites.
 
I'd say ample would be more along the lines of curvaceous/"healthy"/somewhat chubby, as opposed to large, which would be overweight.

well, considering there is no option there for overweight, and every other body type is listed....

Aaah. The funny thing is no one else knows what it means either. I've seen people of all sizes select that option. 😕

No, thats what it should mean, not what it actually is. 😛

Any girl that can't at least convince herself she could in some way be considered average is certainly a fatty. And many women who put down average are using this definition: "The average woman is a fatty therefore I'm average. Even though I'm really large...wait...why is there a large option if average means large...wouldn't that be a redundant opti- *activate intentional mental blocking* -average it is! I'm average!

I take ample as a tad overweight. Like if you lose 10LBS. your suddenly at recommended weight for your age/height.
 
Ample is what all the fat chicks put down instead of large or a little extra padding...


edit: The one that had me most confused was "voluptuous". There were choices for Slim, Athletic, Average, A little extra padding, large, etc..., and then voluptuous. ??? I think it's pretty safe to assume that anyone not listing themselves as Slim or Athletic is gonna be a chubster.

Pretty much this. You know people signing up for a dating site are going to exaggerate/outright lie. You have a 90% chance of the person being fat regardless of what they picked. I would guess that ample/large/extra padding would be mostly obese people. Average would probably be overweight to near obese.

In a country where 1/3 of adults are obese and 2/3 are overweight, this sounds about right.
