I can't get 7.62 ammo anywhere. My local gunshop has been trying to get some for 2 weeks. Anyone else have this problem?

they do have the expensive stuff, but i don't want to pay 4 times as much. where's all the cheap russian and chinese stuff?
 
Get it mailorder or at gunshows. There is tons of Wolf ammo out there.

i live in KC area. Both Cabella's and my local shop are out right now... except for the expensive stuff. It's a cheapo romanian AK so i just want the cheap ammo.

i know some guys at church drive east to some big shop in the middle of nowhere , towards St Louis, it might be near Mexico MO
they get stacks of ammo from that place
 
No one needs an AK-47, its only perpose is to kill people. The gun needs to be banned.

I was refering to if you need a gun, then a 9mm is good enough. A small 9mm pistol. Just as good for self defence as an AK-47.

I think you should be able to have and automatic weapon think about it. It would give you an advantage to anyone who was trying to get into your house i wish i had an ak-47 or a colt m4 live in california 🙁

The problem is drawing the line. Putting a limit on caliber size or magazine capacity is just stupid. You can hunt with larger calibers, which plenty of people do, so banning 7.62 doesn't work. 10 round magazines are just as deadly as 30, so that makes no sense either.

Oh, and 9mm is considered the bare minimum in handgun self protection. Theres nothing outlandish about a 40s&w or 45Acp.

I'll make sure I post some pictures of my new toy here in a bit. A XD 45ACP.
 
I'd like an AK (just for fun) but I wouldn't like the dude next door to have one. I'd rather there were no firearms, then your ability to kill someone would be directly related to how much time you put into learning how to do it, resulting in only intelligent and committed people being dangerous.
