Well I've had my Amex Chargecard for about 8months for my business and when getting it i was told it has no preset-spending limit. Well i don't know how they get away with such a lie. I've had nothing but problems with them declining my card. I've never been late once. At first i couldn't push above $6600 in charges within a given month . Than after they said well, fax us 6months bank statements now i can't seem to push charges over 20k .. .Well calling them i keep saying why do you limit my charges if i never been late and i'm suppose to have a no-preset spending limit they say its a no-limit card but we base the customer's spending ability based on previous habits. .

I need a Black Card. . (anything goes) Hopefully in july after my 1st year they will give me one. . . 🙂

Then get a Business LOC, dumbass.

You have a business, but don't know how to read the fine print?

You're going to fail.

No PRE-SET spending limit. The key words being "Pre-Set". You can't even read a contract?

And what the hell are you doing using your personal CC for the business? You're _much_ better off incorporating and getting a business card. First of all, the business car will have much higher limits, and more importantly, if you're incorporated and the card belongs to the business, then it is the business that is liable and not you if things tank and you cannot pay. This limits your total financial liability if the worst should happen.

I have had them call me twice when I exceeded $20,000 in a month, (several round trips to asia in business class will do that) . But they have never denied me.

Well... sometimes. If the Business has credit and a good Dun and Bradstreet then yes. If it is some new place, however, a business card will have to be personally guaranteed.

best way to conduct business is probably as a LLC in order to avoid double taxation and limit personal liability
