AMEX CC APR increase? anyone else get a notice?

Ya.. I got it..

I never pay interest on my Amex Blue cash and I pay it off in full every month.. That's probby why they cut my limit from $6500 to $1500 on it.. which is less than I spend every month.

So then I just pay it off twice every month.. Stupid AMEX.
