DSL, Cable , broadband in general has been one of those services where depending on what location, service area you are in you get differnt quality of service.
I have delt with them on one occasion and it was pretty bad. Reason I say bad is that they could not get it to work. I have setup DSL with 2 other companys and it is just a matter of having your line provisioned then getting an IP and go.
for some reason their PPPOE software was just not working right and they could not figure it out. 2 weeks pass and I just gave up and we cancelled the account.
Your milage may vary but you won't really know unless you try.
