Yea - I hold a dual citizenship, although neither of them are American. Why shouldn't I?

And I don't think America can simply 'invalidate' dual citizenships. Nobody can simply take citizenship away from someone else.

But we could refuse to grant citizenship to anyone who is unwilling to give up their prior citizenship.

I agree with BoomerD - if you're going to come here and join our country, you ought to go all the way.

You're going to be waiting for a while. I don't think there is anything to explain about why I think a person should owe their loyalty to only one country.

I feel that you should just pick your own nationality instead of straddling the fence on it. I think that people with dual citizenship aren't as patriotic as single citizenship people and that's just not right

I am a dual citizen and am just as much, if not more American than you are. I am a citizen of both the Untied States and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.

If you had your way, then no Native American could be a US citizen.

Besides, it is perfectly legal for a foreigner to invest in and own wealth created in the United States. BUT, that Muscogee Nation is part of the USA. I am a member of the Sioux Nation, and a proud American. Being "Native American" is not separate from being a US Citizen, it's like being part of a "special club" within the American Citizenry. 😉

The United States of America should deny citizenship to anyone who refuses to give up their citizenship in a different foreign nation.

They can just make a law that says "The only way to be one of our citizens is to not be a citizen somewhere else."

Most states do the exact same thing with drivers licenses.
"If you want one of ours, you have to give up the old one. Your choice."
