Darn amendments on voting, terms for congressmen, specific allies in WWII...gr.

I got 95.80%.. Who ever created this thing needs to learn to spell a couple words and quit asking the same question more then once. 🙂 I thought it was neat though..

23) What is the job of the Executive Branch?

a To interpret the law (Supreme Court)
B To enforce the law (??? Definitely not the President)
C To make the laws (Congress)

Anyone get this right? I didn't think any of the answers were right?

Executive branch enforces the law.

Unless, of course, you're GWB. Then you just attack other sovereign nations.

Executive branch enforces the law.

I think I need to go back to school. lol How exactly does Mr. President enforce these laws? Doesn't congress authorize the spending for law enforcement and doesn't the court system prosecute offenders of the laws?

Legislative initiates and ultimately passes the laws, judicial interprets them as they apply to citizens, and I think the executive authorizes the use of force, commander in chief, etc.

But I could be wrong.

I don't have to take the test. I have earned the right to live here. Not only that, but I have fought with Aussies and I have nothing but the greatest respect for them.

If you ever want to have somebody cover your back you can't go wrong with an Aussie!

Stupid Alaska and Hawaii. Since it asked that question a few times, I got them all wrong.

What do you have to get to pass?

I'd like to see a test to get into New Zealand. I probably wouldn't even get 1 right.

I started takintg the test. Of course I was cheating, searching the web using Google for a good number of the answers. Anyway, I got up to page 8 and realized I was pretty bored, so the next thing I typed into Google was "stoned chicks." 😉

New Zealand is as obscure of a country as I could think of when I posted that. No offense to anyone in New Zealand. 🙂

The test being from Australia probably infulenced that though.

The constitution can never be changed is true. It can be amended but the Constitution can never be changed. Lots of those questions are ambiguous... very very ambiguos.
