I can't understand why they put the Prius in the game. Then again, I can't understand why they put a 1988 2 door Honda Accord in the game either

Maybe in addition to career and time attack they will also feature a get the most gas mileage challenge.
The trick is to slowly build up speed on the downhills for the upcoming hills, and of course the crack that gives you a 50 gallon tank.
Not a Prius, here's a 408 hp Toyota hybrid that does 0-60 in 4 seconds, and which can get 32 mpg.roflThe only place in a race car game that a Prius should roll down is a hill and off a cliff

Um, Sony publishes the game. Why the hell would they port a franchise game over to a competing system?

I read some article about the development of GT4 and there is interesting stuff about politics in there. For example, there are no ferraris because the license fee is too high, but most manufacturers these days ask to have their cars put in. Also, the agreements with some manufacturers says they don't allow crash damage/sequences in the video game.
