There is all the hype that American Idol has gone too far. What does everyone think? I mean the majority of the people suck and are doing these pathetic shows to try and get on tv and when they are told they suck all of these organizations are now saying it has gone too far? Has it?
 
its only entertaining to watch the first 4 or so episodes per season, so you can see all the REALLY crappy people that try out
 
there are some really really good singers though this season. but i agree, the first few are the best to watch because its just funny to watch the bad people.
 
How can they go to far when they just tell the truth? That is what's wrong with this country now, people lie to people to not hurt their feelings and then those same people get embarrassed to no end when they try out for a contest. If they suck...do them a favor and tell them.
 
I think it's the new thing to go on and get your 2 minutes of fame. It's a big joke to just go on and be as terrible as possible.

 
What amazes me is that all the crappy singers actually think they are good. I have decided it's probably because their family always told them they were great so they actually believe it, so I told my wife to prevent this with our kids I am going to start telling them they aren't very good looking, they sorta smell and they definately can't sing!

I usually tell my kids that they suck between beatings!
