Megan's seizure dancing is hypnotic. The nasal tone her last performance got stuck in my head, too. This did not make me happy.

The GF and I assume they are saving the over-rule for Adam, mostly, as too many dipshits out there are likely to vote off the biggest talent on the show, as always happens. I'd say it's either him or Lil that are most worth saving in such an event.
I think Danny is pretty safe, overall; but they'd probably use it for him as well.

Disappointed that Alexis went. I think she was far better than Michael and the freaking blind guy. She was crucified by the judges; while it wasn't an amazing performance, I thought they were too harsh.
This "save" format is really tough: you just found out you're about to go home, judges tease you with the possibility of redeeming yourself, and then you somehow have to sing the same song that everyone hated the night before but this time impress people.
My wife and I are both rooting for Scott to go. I think he's been given a pass because of his condition; his performances aren't even in the same league as the top performers.

I think it's more of the voting demographic of this show is probably a bit put off by Adam, and may stop voting for him. This week creeped out a lot of people, but I still love him. He sings circles around everyone.
I figure Danny is safe, because the ones too scared to vote for Adam will vote for Danny.
Lil should make it past the point where the save is no longer allowed. She wasn't that great on country night and still made it into the top 10.
No one else is worth it. Except Allison if she's unfairly booted... but I bet they won't use it on her.

holy crap, did Randy Travis sound awful, and he looks like skeletor. it's a good thing they had Carrie Underwood there singing with him.
Michael should've went. Alexis is better than he is. I thought she was going to go far actually.

At this early point, I think Allison and perhaps Adam might have something. Adam desperately needs a makeover but I don't see that happening.
Lil has a great voice and might have a shot but she hasn't impressed me very much since the finals began. I'm a big Danny fan and think he has a shot at stardom as well. I want to see more personality from him (and Lil) though.
I believe over these next 3-4 weeks we'll begin to really see a few stand out from the others.

I'm just glad that Anoop shut up all the haters for at least a week. He was one of the best performances all night. Alexis had a hoooooorrible start to her song...don't know if it was a bad key for her, monitor issues or what, but just fast-forwarded until the last third.
Next week is Motown - should be another good week for Anoop. Scott will once again be like a fish out of water and Michael will need to bring some of that supposed "soul" or he's in the bottom 3 again.

Those were my thoughts. I think Allison is great, but when they had her up there last night I was thinking they wouldn't use it to save her.
I still think the top contestants are Adam, Lil, Danny, Allison, and now Matt is kinda growing on me. He has some skills.
I wonder how long the sympathy vote will hold out for Scott? previous two weeks blew.

totally agree. as far as the typical AI type star--Kelly and Carrie, I'd say Allison has the best shot. Maybe Danny, too. Adam will likely be fronting a band within the next year regardless of what happens, and will probably be successful. Of course, he'll always have a Broadway gig if need-be. Yeah, his look sucks....but whatever.
Megan can be.

See, I really like Megan, and that performance was good...but she needs to control her weird pronunciations, which got a little excessive this week.
That, and I'd like to see her actually move around the stage once...I wonder if she moves around just as oddly as she stands and sways 😛
