probably used it just to be rid of it. bastards should have used it on alexis to at least make the girls seem competitive.

I can't remember the last time he wasn't in the bottom three, which means he has relatively no following.

I'd expect about the same bottom three before seeing a single performance for next week.

disco week is going to be rough on matt, anoop and Lil and they were the bottom 3 this week. i also don't see the other girl doing well with disco either.

adam and danny are shoe ins for the top 2 spots. kris is gone soon too.

Unfortunately that's true. Kris, Matt, Anoop, and Lil are really just singing for their lives each week. Anoop gets thrown onto bottom 3 each time and he's barely alive. Each one is just seeing who gets to sing one more week. Kris might last a bit longer because he stood out earlier and had decent chances. Maybe he's just hitting a few bad bumps, but if he keeps going like this he'll be out just as quickly.

Danny is ok and like you guys said a cross between Archuleta and Cook but closer to Cook. However, he's a bit more boring than Cook and honestly like an article I read, you gotta look up what he sang the week before because honestly no one really remembers what he sang.

Adam is honestly just in a totally different league. Whether he wins or not is a different story because of his controversial image. The gay factor might play in also, and it could be a Clay Aiken thing all over where someone's clearly favored to win yet somehow manages to lose. For those who complain that all he does is sing in falsetto, so does Coldplay, Five for Fighting, Radiohead, Muse, etc.
 
Adam took a version of Ring of Fire and contorted it to his sound...that's the challenge imo with these other singers this time who will fail miserably if they try to sing disco beats.
 
Adam and Allison are really the only ones that do anything for me.

Lil has no personality and can't choose songs for shit. The rest of the guys are boring and generic white guys. Aside from Anoop of course and he's just too nerdy.
 
Yay! I guessed the right bottom 3.

I don't even know why they saved Matt. I think the bottom 3 were right on and should all get kicked before the others that were on the couch. I actually think he's quite good, but he's obviously not a fan favorite and won't win it. I guess it just adds more drama as they had to use it either this week or next. If someone like Allison gets kicked off next week and they don't have a save, I'm going to be pissed though.

And how Matt and all the others were celebrating like they just won the lottery was hilarious. "YES!!! Nobody voted for me but I have to sing again only to be in the bottom next week". Oh well, adds some excitement I guess.

I agree. I thought the point of the save was for times like when Jennifer Hudson or Chris Daughtry were voted out too soon, and they actually had a shot at winning it all. I also like Matt, but he's got no shot at winning and at best only two people (Lil and Anoop) should go out before him.

The problem is that Daughtry was voted out of the Top 5, IIRC, and the Save is only good until the Top 5.

I watched both shows this morning, and was very disappointed that they wasted the save on Matt. Simon called it when he said he can't win.

As far as disco week goes, I see 2 who will have problems. Kris, because I can't think of one song that fits him, and Lil, because she constantly picks the wrong song.

Don't forget that while most young people won't know ABBA very well, with the Mamma Mia craze that swept the nation the last few years, he could get that connection too. Not that he needs more fans...that, and someone else might pick ABBA.
