American Exporting

Hi. If a company in the US (GA) is going to export any automobile (mainly German, US Manufactured though) to Europe (Germany) what kind of licenses, or export documentation is needed for that to happen? For direct export of cars. Any websites i can look at for this specific information, or anyone i could talk to. The only information what is ALL you need to export cars to EU from the US.

There are lawyers that do this all day. I'd suggest finding one who does international business transactions, to be specific.
