Though I'm not sure what criteria he's using for "raising rates like crazy", my electricity has risen by a half cent/kwh in the last 5 years. I currently have a 100% wind plan so I don't think it will be affected.

Funny is I did a search for "they had some black moron on Fox last night" and the first listing as Anandtech of course and the second one was rush limbaugh and then sean hannity lol.

I was living in LA during the ENRON fiasco and the "power outages". We ate a close to 400% electric price increase like it was nothing for YEARS.


These conservative idiots whining about OMG NO COAL MEANS EXTRA 10C! don't mention that BTW, their cronies in the energy companies will gladly rob you of that money too! Even if you follow their directions, they'll rob you blind for sport.

Please tell me how making energy more expensive in the USA benefits the USA?


Fern already stated that energy fossil fuels account for 6% of global output. how is brining that down to 4% while raising our costs by more going to help us?
