Yea, I wanted to buy shares at $9, for I had $600 saved up for some Klipsch 5.1s(which were unavailable). Between unscheduled system upgrades and Xmas though, my speaker fund has been drained dry!

Thanks, I just wish I put in more than 1000 bucks. Such is the stock market I guess.

On a side note, my brother put $2000 into Intel when it was $20, now Intel's at over $33. So my brother has actually done better with Intel so far. I would have gone with Intel as an investment, but it was over $30 at the time, while AMD was just under $9, and so I decided that AMD was the better buy. But I'm happy I put a chunk of money into Cisco when it was at $12.50, because now it's at over $21.

The week after the terrorists attacks was the second worse trading week in U.S. history, but I knew stocks were artificially low, so I decided to put a good chunk of money into Cisco, Sun, EMC, and a little into AMD (I still feel pretty dirty making money because of these senseless acts).
