The crosslicensing agreement states that if AMD gets bought, Intel gets all IPs covered by the agreement.

I'm sure AMD has other IP other then x86/x64 specific, at one time (long ago) about 75% of the internet/intranets was run on AMD communication chips, I can remember some of my first LAN/Network cards had a couple AMD chips on them.

I sort of doubt AMD has anything Intel really wants or needs, except for maybe x64 related IP.
