Finally got an answer from the webmaster. Site will be back up soon. Server needed to be moved because of bandwidth problems.
 
Thanks for the update jaydee. I have also been trying to reach the site and haven't been able to. I posted asking what happened to them under the News article thread concerning the contest but never got a response.

I will try them again later
