I happen to have a k6-2 400 that will do 450, but it took a bit of a cooling upgrade to do it. I doubt you will get beyond 366.

I hope somebody can tell me of a way to make my K6-2 go up higher, but withough FSB control, or voltage control, doubt that would happen.

i had a k62 400 that would run at 550 with 2.8volts (2.4 volts was default) but to overclock it that high i had to use a pretty good heatsink/fan (not talking about a $50 hsf, but not one of the cheap socket7 ones either) the hsf i used was the one that came with a retail version of a duron 700mhz

by the way with that cooler and 2.8v the cpu temp was around 29c

They don't overclock that well.

Then again, if you could reach 400, that is a 20% overclock which is pretty acceptable.

My 300 would do 366 relatively stable(i.e. the majority of crashes were caused by the PC-Chips mobo). You'll probably not be able to get much over 366 or 400 with yours.

If you want to get as much as possible out of it, pop off the heatplate, and stick a recent HS on it.
