AMD64 and PSU

I am currently building the following system and need reccs/info for what PSU to use.

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Socket 939
AMD Athlon 64 3000 939 Pin 90nm
OCZ 1gb (2x512mb) EL DDR PC-3200 Platinum Revision 2
XFX 6600GT AGP
MD Raptor 74GB SATA

That's probably the most asked question in general hardware, try a search in there.
Otherwise most will recommend a antech 550W PSU, but if you would also like a silent PSU I would recommend Seasonic Silent Tornado 400W
