AMD63 3400+ Need Help/Advice

Hi guys for thoses of you in the know a couple questions on which CPU would be better for gaming.

Would the 64 3400+ 512 2.4Ghz because of the faster 2.4Ghz or the 64 3400+ 2.2 Ghz 1MB because of the 1MB be better?

What are the typical O/C of each CPU?

I tried the search but no info.

I know I spending the money and going (been out of this for awhile) to pick one up and I want to get the best one for gaming for my money.

From what I can tell (not sure if I am correct) from my research indicates the 512 because of the 2.4 Ghz will be faster in some games, but on the other hand the 1MB will be faster in some games because of the 1MB that make use of the 1MB and I"m thinking newer games in the future could make better use of the 1MB.



The above is just my opinion and not sure if I'm right. I posted here hoping the guys that know about theses CPU's will help if theres a clear choice.

I'd also like to know if one O/C's better than the other.
 
Zebo you DaMan :thumbsup: thanks alot for the link to that review. Thats kind of reveiw I was looking for and could't find and according to that review theres no doudt the 3400+ 512 2.4Ghz is the better choice.

Ya, I've done research (and zebo has helped me) and the NC is better by a bit. Also, the A64's arent usually very dependant on the bigger cache.
