You can turn up your fsb while leaving the multiplier the same. You may not get as much speed as you would if you adjusted the multiplier too, but you should see some difference. I have an Athlon 1.2 200fsb and my board doesn't have a multiplier jumper so I cranked the bus up to 120mhz and my system runs at 1368 plus my PC1600 ram is running at 240mhz. Hope this helps.
