AMD X2 5200 & 6000 & Conroe E6600

Why do people ask questions like this when the benchmarks have been all over the net since last year? It is painfully obvious that the conroe spanks the amd chips really bad in everything except memory bandwidth and that still doesn't help them overall against the intel offerings. I was hardcore amd up until last month when I switched to c2d and yes it is faster. My opteron 175 was no slouch but c2d is faster. Add some oc to that and the margin grows. Even with this bloatware vista my system is very fast on c2d. I like my programs to launch now and I don't like having to wait for them to load. Stop procrastinating and if you want a new system then go get a c2d that offers you an upgrade path.
