Hence they should buy Samsung. Crush #1 Android manufacturer, get a panel/TV division, plus all the other Samsung crap and patents.

:D

You probably have no idea how small AMD is compared to many companies that are being mentioned in these forums.

Samsung too big to buy by probably any company on earth at this point. Almost worth half a trillion like Apple.

Samsung should buy AMD or or or Intel should buy ATI after AMD spins off and sells the division in order to prevent bankruptcy. Then Intel will integrate ATI tech and give us great integrated graphics with their superior CPUs.

This is fun!!

Judging by Intel's prices or rather the amount of segmented SKUs they have, I think 'we' are all already paying. ('We' since I refuse to spend $200 on a 2500K/3570K and none of the non-K Intel CPUs appeal.)

If you dont want to pay 200.00 for a 3570K, that is your choice. However, I think it is a great price relative to almost any other CPU on the market. If you think Intel CPUs are so overpriced, what CPU is a good deal in your opinion? Or do you just want to criticize Intel and not offer any constructive alternatives?

Agreed, Intel's prices are reasonable, and that's probably why it makes it that much harder for AMD to compete.
