I only have 2 choices from where I come from. Currently, I have a 2500+ on a K7N2 Delta. Not OCd. Its on a stock heatsink. The two choices are both vantec aeroflow, 1 and 2

So is it worth the change? Im looking to overclock to 3200+. Possible with one of these? If yes then which one?

Yes... If you OC, get something better than stock.
I've read that the original was slightly better than #2. ;)

Im from pakistan and only 2 available at good prices are the ones I mentioned.

Ok so now I did some OC on stock HSF. 3200+ 1.675Volts on the CPU. stable 15 mins P95....what im worried about is the temps.... 42C idle and load it goes high 50s 56-58C ...is this too high? DO I haveto change the HSF? Cuz If I put AS on my proc, it will seriously reduce the cahnces of an RMA.

Why dont you just get the SLK-947U for 20$ and then an L1A or a 12L for like 3 and be done with it. That is one good combo!!

now the question is should I upgrade or not? I mean if im getting 3200+ with stock HSF and my POS ValueRam wont allow much of an OC anyways unless its 2.6GHZ which I doubt Ill get without watercooling. The question now is is 60C load too high?

I don't think 60 underload is abnormal. Some people here like to be lower then that, but you are ok.
