AMD-SMP-DDR?

I am looking into building a PC in the next 6-8 months. Is there any likeihood that AMD and Mobo manufacturers will support multi-processors AND DDR SDRAM? I was just curious if this is even possible....

Perhaps in 8 months from now DDR SMP Athlon boards will be available to the public.
