Question AMD Ryzen MEM

It’s been years since I have done anything with AMD.
looking at Memory for the build.
Been a G Skill guy since DDR2 days.

AMD Ryzen7 5800X
Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra MB.

Was looking at
G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 32GB (2x16GB) 4000MHz 288-pin DDR4 F4-4000C18D-32GTZN

Looks like a good kit, but you may have to spend some time tweaking to get it running at DDR4 4000. You might have better luck running at 3800MHz with tighter timings.
 
No problem buying 4000 for headroom, but as was said above, 3800 with manual tightening on timings is likely what you'll run it at.
