I'm using a Ryzen 9 9950x processor and an Asus X670E CH Hero motherboard. I applied phase-change PTM7950 to my processor instead of thermal paste.

I'm trying to set the Curve Optimizer settings correctly.

To test, I configured my PBO and CO settings as follows:

For PBO, from the Extreme Tweaker Menu:
Precision Boost Overdrive: Disabled (Enabled caused temperatures to spike. Disabling this resolved the temperature issue.)
PBO Overdrive Scalar: Auto
CPU Boost Clock Override: Enabled (Positive)
Max CPU Boost Clock Override(+): +100
Platform Thermal Throttle: Disabled (I'll add the thermal limit later.)

My Curve Optimizer setting from the AMD Overclocking Menu:
Curve Optimizer: PER CCD
CCD Curve Optimizer Sign: Negative
CCD 0 Curve Optimizer Magnitude: -25
CCD 1 Curve Optimizer Magnitude: -25

This is how it's finally stable.

I used the following programs for the tests: AIDA64, CPU-Z, and CinebenchR23.
I specifically check the CPU/FPU/Cache Stress section of AIDA64 to test the processor under full load. I ran the stress test in the Benchmark section of CPU-Z. I also ran the CinebenchR23 test.

I ran the tests at the following Curve Optimizer values:

CCD 0: -15, CCD 1: -10 (Passed all tests)
CCD 0: -20, CCD 1: -15 (Passed all tests)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -15 (Passed all tests)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -20 (Passed all tests)

CCD 0: -30, CCD 1: -20 (Failed the AIDA64 CPU/FPU/CACHE full stress test. Only passed the AIDA64 CPU stress test and CPU-Z and Cinebench.)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -25 (Passed all tests)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -30 (I haven't run this test yet.)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -35 (I haven't run this test yet.)
CCD 0: -25, CCD 1: -40 (I haven't run this test yet.)

Under full load, my temperatures are stable around 78-80 degrees.

If you have any suggestions, I'd be very grateful if you could share them.
