AMD retail box cpu

It works very well. heat sink is a good size, and the fan is descent enough for normal operation. You can try mounting a larger fan if you desire.
 
Retail CPU's come with a 3 year warranty from AMD, wouldn't make much sense for them to put a HSF combo on their chip that would make them replace it constantly would it?
 
It works very well. I have my system on 24/7 with a 250Watt PSU (on a classic Athlon), and its very stable.
