i had a leak a couple weeks ago after cleaning out my system. tap water dripped on my video card while it was running and it still works fine :Q. distilled water doesnt have any minerals in it therefore it cannot carry an electrical current, which is why using distilled will create a very low percentage of the system being fried...
 
its probably the thermaltake aquarius II (80-90$), which is a pretty old and not very efficient system. many people building water-cooling systems today like to make them custom, buying the individual parts, instead of getting an all in one kit....however, dont get me wrong, there are some good kits out there, but if you want some good cooling, you are going to have to expect to pay around 200-300$ (i payed 400$ for mine and its probably the best setup money can buy)
