Of course it's real, but it won't trounce the 6.8GHz Nehalem Intel is purportedly going to release.

Haven't you seen the 6.8GHz i7 Nehalem secret overclock benches yet? They are on that same site which has the 8GHz Westmere overclock benches. :roll:

nah at least that story stated the gain was specifically in 3dmark 2006, not actual game frame rates.

on the other hand, the 4ghz claim is total garbage.

Well I don't know about Deneb launch speed e.t.c , e.t.c ..... and whether will there be a come back of FX series from AMD......
