I am a bit puzzled by the whole overclocking of the latest phenom and nvidia mobo.

what are these options and how should i adjust them?

k8 to NB HT width
K8 to NB HT speed (there are number like 200 MHz to 1.4GHz in incremental of 200MHz)

also, what are good settings(rather safe settings) for:

1.2v HT voltage
NB chip voltage
cpu-nb voltage

amd x3 8750 and X4 9600 black edition
mobo: xfx 750a and Asus M3N78 PRO
2x1gig ddr2-800


also for some odd reason, no matter what setting I have set in the P-states, it does not change in teh bios, is that normal?

any help with OC would be greatly appreciated.
