I wanted to upgrade my dad's aging MSI KT3Ultra 2 + 1600+ to a Barton XP-M solution

is that workable? Also the board doesn't have PCI-AGP lock so the higher FSB i can go is about 175 or so i imagine. So what is the highest multiplier available after 12.5? So i can try to get to 2.4+ speeds?
