I just started using AMD Thunderbird+KT133 since few weeks ago. It was quite a "risky" investment for me. Not because the AMD processor but because the chipsets VIA produces. I had bad experiences with their Apollo Pro 133A chipsets. Poor stability, slow performance and instable drivers, especially the AGP drivers.

But, after using Epox 8KTA (KT133)+T'bird 800 o/c to 900MHz for about 3 weeks. I can tell you one thing. This combo is awesome. It has good stability and performance for cheaper price. I personally think VIA makes better chipsets for AMD rather than for Intel. ;)

My Computer:
Powered by FSP 250W Power Supply
Epox 8KTA+
AMD Thunderbird (unlocked) 800MHz using Alpha PAL6035t heatsink
Kingmax CAS2 128MB SDRAM
Creative GeForce2 GTS 32MB
SBLive! with a generic Digital I/O card
2 IBM DTLA 307030 Hard Drive

Kingston RAM is excellent, should work great with that set up. Be sure you get PC133 CAS2 though.

Kingmax is also worthy of mentioning, they're very popular at Asian areas, and they're great RAMs.
