I get and Install new Driver from amd website from This Link
but I want to know this driver is Beneficial for CPU work or No? and I want to know it can cause problem in My OverClocking (3200 @ 2.75GHz)?
I disable C&Q in my motherboad Bios it wont work with this new Driver?
I dont Want C& work
 
If you have it disabled in your bios, then yes C&C is off and it won't hurt your overclock.

I'm happy to see that they finally fixed the problem where C&C would make my mouse movement all choppy.
