I can't seem to view this from YouTube or the LiveStream link. YouTube feed just give a blank screen since they moved to LiveStream, and LiveStream seems perpetually locked in load mode

Watching it right now, both livestreams are down, it could be overload, but there's only 20k viewers on livestream, back at the start of the year Sony press conference for the PS4 announcement had almost half a million people watching the stream and it stream sort of well, so its kinda problematic when with just this amount of people its bringing the stream off line, also there's the possible theory that it could be a local issues such has bad internet connectivity at the locale of the presentation.
