AMD CPU Upgrade to match 9600 AIW Pro

I have an old school AMD 1400 T-bird with a KT7A mobo. I was wondering what CPU upgrade would max out the performance from my 9600 AIW pro video card since I know the bottkeneck right now is the cpu. Either a socket 939 or 754 suggestion is okay with me.

 
Any a64 would turn your video card into a bottleneck, hell, maybe even the semprons.

EDIT: my grammar sucks today 🙁.
 
ok, so upgrading to even the low end 754's makes the video card the bottleneck. I guess I'll upgrade the vid card then.
