AMD chipset drives only downloading 17Mb?

It says 48MB, but when I try to download it, the file download stops at around 16 to 17.3MB. Anyone else getting this? If I try to open the 17MB file, I get a error of having a wrong version of Windows.

Using the link in the OP provided, the file I downloaded is:
48.3 MB (50,694,624 bytes)

Edit: Using Waterfox 37.0.1 on Win7 64-bit HP SP1.

No problem here, downloaded with Cyberfox, size on disk 49,507Kb.

thats odd, I am still getting around 17.3mb while someone else got 12.3mb and others get the full file. . .

I was able to download the full file from http://getfr.no-ip.org/pub/dc/driver/ati/ (thanks) with no problem. Anyone want to post the md5sum from the amd website if you were able to download it from there? I don't know if its the same as the one from http://getfr.no-ip.org.

Just tried it again and now I get the complete file, so they must have fixed it.

It was a fluke, thing was downloading 8MB in Lawlietfox and then 17MB with DownThemAll (a third party download manager). When the server is even lying about filesize to DTA, there's definitely a problem:

I tried it again too, and its still giving me about 17mb:

17.3 MB (18,194,276 bytes)

strange...

I tried a proxy: https://hide.me/en/proxy (choose US from the dropdown)

For some reason, it was able to download the whole 48mb file. Soooo what could it be?
